This is a kind of Calcite we don´t see everyday.
Its optical clarity, columnar and cluster formation makes it a rare and very valuable type of crystal.


It also has amazing lines on the faces, some of them are penetrating others and there are also various contact rainbows. These are the most special kind of rainbows, that occur with the contact between two crystals that merge together.


This crystal comes from Zhejiang Province, Mining area, in China.
